The National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) is the center of attention this Saturday, when the NCAA varsity programs name their Division I and Division II champions. Both matches occur at Dartmouth College’s Burnham Field in Hanover, N.H., and ESPN+ will have livestream. There are a smattering of league games around the country, as well as a few international matches with U.S. players involved.
