Due to the present and evolving threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19) that this country is facing and out of care for our members, NSCRO has made the decision to cancel all of our club Championship events scheduled for this Spring. This directly affects our Men’s Champions Cup and Challenge Cup National Championships, Women’s and Men’s 7s National Championships and all NSCRO events leading up to it.
At this time, the Men’s 15s All-Star Championship scheduled for May 28-30 is not canceled. This decision will be revisited in about 30 days in consultation with the event host, the New England Free Jacks, and others.
We all love to play rugby. While it is more than just a game, we want everyone to remain healthy and look forward to many more games in the future. The well-being of our members and fans who attend our events is of paramount importance.
We also encourage everyone to follow the instructions of their institutions and healthcare professionals in all aspects of life. Please insure you are aware of the guidelines from the Center for Disease Control.
