Tokyo 2020 and World Rugby have confirmed the pools and schedule for the Olympics rugby 7s competitions. The men play July 26-28, the women follow on July 29-31, and all games occur in Tokyo, Japan (JST). Read the full press release.

In the women’s competition, Team USA will compete in Pool C against China and Japan on day one, and then face reigning Olympic champion Australia on day two to complete pool play. The first round of knockouts begins on day two, and then the final placing matches occur on day three. Keep in mind that Japan Standard Time is 16 hours ahead of the Pacific time zone and 13 hours ahead of the Eastern time zone.
