The National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) held its 15s national championship in early December and now moves into 7s mode. Collegiate conferences from around the country will send teams to the annual All Star Challenge in St. Petersburg, Fla., from Jan. 18-19, 2020. Rosters below.
