For several leagues across the country, the Girls’ High School 15s National Tournament, which traditionally is the third weekend in May, occurs prior their season-end championships. That’s the case in New York, which held its state championship the first weekend in June. Orchard Park entered the local post-season as the Division II national champion and rode that confidence to a Rugby New York title.
