L.A. Sevens Rugby will be live-streaming the Quest for Gold 7s tournament from its Facebook page (@LASevensRugby) on Friday-Saturday, June 25-26. The event marks the final run-out for the USA Eagles before heading to Tokyo for the 2020 Olympics.
Friday’s games are exhibition play and have no bearing on standings. These games are closed to the public; however, the gates to Dignity Health Sports Park open on Saturday. The four women’s teams – USA, Mexico (which replaced Kenya in a late withdrawal), Great Britain, Jamaica – will play two games apiece, and then the standings will determine the championship and 3rd place match-ups. Across the two days, the women’s teams will play five games total.
