When the USA Women’s 7s team announced its 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens roster, one name stood out: Sam Sullivan. The 24-year-old had been a USA 7s resident since mid-June, was uncapped on the HSBC World Sevens Series, and earned a spot on the South Africa-bound team.
