The Rugby Advantage (TRA) is at its core a coach education tool, but a recent change in competitive high school playing opportunities saw founder Ryszard Chadwick expand the company into the space. After debuting at Tropical 7s with two girls' high school teams, TRA reassembled for a 12-day residency in advance of the North American Invitational (NAI) 7s, where the team took home the Girls' U18 Elite trophy.
