In the senior club realm, Erica Coulibaly stands out as the 2024 WPL National Championship MVP and as one of the “foundational five” for the WER Denver team. MarCaya Bailous’ hometown is listed in California, but the SoCal native has been in Ohio for a while now. She plays all the rugby formats and earlier this year won one of the USA National Rugby League Combine spots to Australia. Aly Namosimalua, who started playing in high school with the Sacramento Amazons, has played DIA ball, internationally with Rhinos and most recently featured in the PR 7s event in Portland. There are also three new faces from Utah’s Rocky Mountain Peaks (2) and the DII San Jose Seahawks of USA Club Rugby.
