The USA comes into the competition ranked 8th in the world and will face the 1st-, 5th-, 6th- and 12th-ranked teams during the WXV. The Eagles’ series starts on Sept. 20 in Dublin against Ireland (5), and then six days later the Eagles cross the Irish Sea to face Wales (12) at Cardiff Arms Park.
The U.S. leg of the WXV begins in Texas and it’s the first of back-to-back matches against the 6th-ranked Italy. The Oct. 17 showdown occurs outside Dallas, Texas, and the rematch will play out in Nashville, Tenn., the following Saturday. The Eagles end their domestic tour against top-ranked England inside Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, N.J. The New York City area venue also hosted the USA stop on the HSBC SVNS Series.
The Oct. 17 and Oct. 24 match days are double-headers with the USA Rugby Men’s National Team playing Australia XV on both occasions. Learn more about U.S.-based tickets.
