Utah’s Majestics Adjust to Nationwide Recognition

The Majestics girls’ high school rugby team enjoyed a breakout season in 2020-21, and that success brought more visibility at the collegiate and national levels. Coaches and sisters Angela Tuiaki and Jenny Sika made some changes to better serve the players and the entities providing more rugby and higher-education opportunities, and the adjustments are paying off.

The Majestics started mobilizing in 2019, and then in spring 2021, drew attention after two in-season 15s wins against United. The longtime champion was ready for the state title . . .
