The Rugby NorCal Kickoff Tournament (KOT) returned last Saturday and put 22 high school and middle school squads onto the Robertson Park (Livermore, Calif.) pitches. The pre-season event provided 15s, 10s and 7s options, and was a great warm-up for the impending spring season.
