When BYU won the College Rugby Association of America (CRAA) DI Spring Championship, it was a reminder that the Cougars are operating at a premium level. The Provo, Utah program doesn’t offer scholarships or admissions spots, but it does have a dedicated coaching staff and elevated status as an extramural sport.
