CRAA 7s Nationals: Women’s Premier Schedule

  • 04 May 2023

The Women’s Premier Division is part of the CRAA 7s National Championship this Saturday-Sunday, May 6-7 in Houston, Texas. The 16-team field includes DI Elite and NCAA programs, as well as a CRAA Selects motley side. The Rugby Network is live-streaming the games; however it appears that only Field 1 is airing on Saturday. That means Dartmouth, Harvard and Lindenwood won’t be streamed until knockouts. Premier-only and full schedules below.

Teams are divided into four pools of four teams, and Saturday’s pool play rounds will provide everyone with three games. The top-two teams from each pool will advance to the Cup quarterfinals, which will also be contested Saturday night. On Sunday, the Cup semifinals, 3rd place match and championship will be held in the stadium.

Those teams that lose their Cup quarterfinals will funnel into the Plate semifinals on Sunday (9:40 a.m.). The Plate final (5th place) will be in the stadium, and 7th place will be contested on field 2.

The third-place teams from each pool will start Sunday with Bowl semifinals. Winners will play the Bowl final (9th place) in the stadium and 11th place will occur on field 1. The fourth-place teams from each pool will contest Shield semifinals Sunday morning, and the victors will decide the final (13th place) at 12:10 p.m. on field 2.
