The Great Waters women’s rugby conference is one of the bigger National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) leagues, fielding both Small College and Division II competitions. When it gets into playoffs next weekend, 12 teams will be converging on Oshkosh, Wis., vying for at least one spot in the Nov. 12-13 regional playoffs.
