Waverly-Shell Rock Rugby

There are several college conference championships occurring this weekend, and they’ll not only award titles but also name teams to the National Collegiate Rugby regional playoffs. Do not that there have been a couple of forfeits, which have seen a couple of teams receive byes to their respective conference finals. USA Club Rugby is also naming women’s DI and DII finalists this Saturday, and then next weekend will see the region and New England name champs. And don’t forget the high schools! Three states are naming 7s champ. Message Jackie Finlan with any updates. [lead photo: Waverly-Shell Rock’s Lilly Stough during last weekend’s Iowa championship / Sarah Gress photo]
