The National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) names its 15s national champion in the fall. Below are dates and locations for regional playoffs, as well as match-ups for three of four pools. Expect updates when conferences name their champions and when the 16th seed to regionals is known.

When the bracket circulated to conference commissioners a month ago, it included one vacancy in the West region, as the Rocky Mountain, Pacific Desert and Cascade conferences all declined the seed. Champions from the Prairie States and Great Waters conferences are slated for this location, as well as the Northern Lights runner-up. Update to come when the fourth team is announced.

The brackets show the West and Central regional champions facing each other in the semifinals, and Northeast and Mid-Atlantic champions in the other semi. Final and 3rd-place matches will occur on Sunday.
