Palmer College is finally getting its chance at nationals. After winning the DII Midwest 15s Championship in fall 2019, Covid-19 dashed the Dragons' hopes for nationals. But the Davenport, Iowa, program is back, and after winning the Northern Super Regional in early May, the team is ready to represent the Midwest, each other and the players who were unable to experience USA Club Rugby nationals two years ago.
