The USA Rugby Women’s U20 15s team has announced its 23-player roster for its opening match against the Junior Springbok Women. The first of two games occurs Friday, July 17, kicking off at 9 a.m. ET inside Markotter Sport Field in Stellensbosch, South Africa. Dartmouth’s Arielle Fotso serves as captain from inside center, while Harvard flanker Gemma Ogoke supports as vice captain. Life leads all selections with five starters and two reserves, while NCAA varsity’s Harvard (4), Dartmouth (4) and Lindenwood (3) are also well represented. Gianna Veetutu will be a collegiate freshman at Lindenwood this fall but is listed with her high school team, Kent Crusaders, below.
