Infinity Park to Host WER Legacy Cup

The 2026 Legacy Cup, the national championship for Women’s Elite Rugby (WER), is set for Saturday, August 8 at Infinity Park in Glendale, Colo. The top two teams in the final league standings will advance directly to the championship match, which will kick off at 7 p.m. MT. [lead photo: Becky Duffyhill @beckyduffyhill.creative]

“We are proud to bring the Legacy Cup to Infinity Park, a premier rugby venue in the United States, and to a community that has long supported the growth of the sport,” said Dr. Jessica Hammond-Graf, WER President and Chief Sporting Officer. “This championship match represents the highest level of competition in our league and a defining moment for women’s rugby in the U.S.”

As the regular season enters its final stretch, the Denver Onyx (defending Legacy Cup champions), TC Gemini and Bay Breakers currently lead the standings, with the final two contenders to be determined in the coming weeks. During the final two weeks of the season, the Onyx and the Breakers will face off against the Gemini – the Onyx plays the Gemini on Sunday, July 19 while the Breakers play the Gemini on Sunday, July 26.

Tickets for the Legacy Cup are on sale now. Pricing details can be found on the ticketing homepage. WER has also created a limited number of Center North section tickets that come with a commemorative WER Legacy Cup seat cushion. Only 200 cushions are available.
