The Nebraska program faces challenges like geographic isolation, a total student population of fewer than 4,000, and no in-state high school rugby to serve as feeders, and yet the Wildcats produce championship rugby year after year. That said, there have been some changes in fall 2022, but expect Wayne State College to be title contenders for the impending National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) championships this weekend in Houston . . .
