The annual New York 7s rugby tournament occurs this Saturday, Nov. 26 on Randall’s Island, and the event continues to host a slew of men’s and women’s senior, college and high school divisions. The Girls’ High School Premier bracket features six U.S. and international sides all vying for a nice cash prize.

At least half of the Premier field is U.S.-based. The Rugby Advantage (TRA) has entered two sides into the competition. TRA Black and TRA Red feature several players who helped the team to an NAI 7s HS Elite championship in August (read more) and/or featured at Tropical 7s. Founder Ryszard Chadwick, who is now head coach at Life University, has brought players from Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and more.
