The Rugby Advantage (TRA) has capped a pretty successful year, winning the Girls’ U18 Elite title at last weekend’s North America Invitational in Salt Lake City. But as founder Ryszard Chadwick explained, goals don’t really focus on hardware and final places; there’s always a growth and development process in motion, and trophies are just the bonus.
